I'd agree with the other reviewers that the UI and menu navigation leaves a lot to be desired. There's a delay to skip between songs which is impacted by waiting for album art to download to the device. If you want to skip songs as they start, change the display to not show album art, or be forced to wait. The sound quality is good, but that in my mind is the price of entry to the category. My biggest issue is with how it fails to recognize my iPhone on a consistent basis, and requires reconnecting the cable, restarting the deck multiple times, and/or restarting the phone. When it does recognize my iPhone, the behavior isn't reliable. It sometimes will pick up playing from where it left off the previous time, and other times it will default to the lowest alphabetically listed song. I've updated the firmware, but with little change in behavior.
